PUF and PIR Insulation

Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Panels, or PUF panels, are advanced sandwich structures These panels consist of two outer layers made from materials like Pre-painted Galvanized Iron (PPGI), Pre-painted galvalume(PPGL), Stainless Steel, HDHMR board, Aluminium Composite Panels, Bakelite Sheets, and other structural components. These layers encase an insulating core of polyurethane foam, known for its excellent thermal insulation properties.

WALL/ROOF PANELS: Thickness 30 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm, 200mm & 220 mm with length 8000 mm.

PUF & PIR Wall Panels

Advanced Insulation Technology

PUF (Polyurethane Foam) and PIR (Polyisocyanurate) panels are amongst the most prevalent sandwich panels in prefabricated construction. These panels consist of two sheets crafted from pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI), pre-painted galvalume (PPGL), or an equivalent structural sheet, enveloping a core composed of either polyurethane foam or polyisocyanurate.

Enhanced Insulation and Fire Resistance The foams are fully catalyzed and fortified with fire-resistant additives and blowing agents. These specialized chemicals contribute to their outstanding insulation properties, characterized by a low K value, ensuring exceptional thermal efficiency and fire resistance. These panels are designed to meet stringent safety standards.
